ECDP Vetting Task Procedure (Technical Check)
The vetting task is required to check the client’s website to ensure it has all the information needed for integration.
Before creating the vetting task, make sure you have gathered all the details below:
- Company Name
- Website URL
- E-commerce platform (optional)
- Average Number of Sessions
- Size of Marketing List
- Store languages (one or multiple)
- Store currencies (one or multiple)
- What the customer is interested in
- You know how to place a test order
Once you have all the information, fill out the vetting form by CLICKING HERE.
- Choose a person responsible for this client (and this task) and fill out the company information.
- Select the customer’s e-commerce platform and use the slider to specify the average number of sessions and the list size. The numbers can be rounded and do not need to be exact.
- Provide all the required information regarding the client and their website configuration. If it’s a transitioning client, provide the EMP unit ID. For stores with multiple languages or currencies, additional fields will appear. Fill these out, specifying the main language/currency and any additional ones.
- Select all the features the client is interested in.
- To allow the IT team to test the order process, it is necessary to have a discount code for -99% or be able to place an order without paying (like the cash on delivery option). Specify whether it’s possible to use the discount code (and provide the code) or explain how to place the test order without paying. Having the product feed is optional at this stage.
- Review the summary page once all the information is filled out. If corrections are needed, use the “edit” button next to the relevant section.
